Four Track Recordings
These instrumentals were recorded using a cassette-based 4-track recorder called the Tascam Porta-07. I found the limitations of the machine exciting and recording absolutely finite, opposed to the recording software of today. A variety of drum machines, keyboards, piano, and synthesizers were used — many often borrowed for a weekend.
