GMH Capital Partners is a national real estate company that owns, develops and manages income-producing real estate. Throughout our history, we have owned over four million square feet of office, 40,000 student housing beds, 5,000 conventional apartments and one million square feet of retail.
We are an aggressive buyer and we are looking to grow.
Our investment strategy currently focuses on acquiring Class B multifamily assets in major East Coast markets. However, all markets and property types will be given full consideration.
Typical acquisitions include Class B multi-family garden-style apartment communities with a minimum of 200 units, and office and retail properties with a minimum of 75,000 square feet. We participate in single-asset transactions from $10 million and portfolio transactions of all sizes.
