Size
- Multi-Family Garden Style Apartments (minimum 200 units)
- Office Buildings (minimum 75,000 SF)
- Retail Properties (minimum 75,000 SF)
Minimum Acquisition
- $10,000,000
Deal Structure
- Typically all cash transactions
- Will consider assumption of existing financing or seller financing if the terms are favorable
- Single asset acquisitions to large portfolios
