Gary M. Holloway Jr. | President
Gary Holloway Jr.Gary M. Holloway, Jr. is President of GMH Capital Partners and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including investment sales, property management, asset management, construction, and property acquisitions. At the present time, the GMH Capital Partners’ portfolio consists of 20 properties with an aggregate value of $550 million. Prior to his role as President, Mr. Holloway served as Sr. Vice President of the Investment Sales division, a division in which Mr. Holloway assisted in the formation of in 1998. Mr. Holloway led the group to achieve sales of over $2.5 billion.

Robert E. DiGuseppe | Executive Vice President of Finance
Robert E. DiGuseppeRobert DiGiuseppe is Executive Vice President of Finance for GMH Capital Partners, responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, insurance and cash management functions. Mr. DiGiuseppe belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. DiGiuseppe joined GMH in 1992.

Rand A. GinsburgRand A. Ginsburg is Senior Vice President of GMH Capital Partners responsible for the management and leasing of the company’s owned and third party commercial and multi-family assets. In this role, Mr. Ginsburg manages a $500 million dollar portfolio consisting of over 20 assets throughout the United States and oversees the Company’s core mission of creating long term appreciation and maximizing the value of each asset. Mr. Ginsburg has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Stephen M. Behrle Jr. | Sr. Vice President of Acquisitions
Greg MartiniStephen M. Behrle, Jr. is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for GMH Capital Partners and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting residential and commercial acquisition opportunities for the Company’s investment accounts. Additionally, Mr. Behrle is responsible for structuring debt and equity financing for property transactions and managing all phases of the acquisition process. During 2005 and 2006, Mr. Behrle oversaw the acquisition of $230 million of investment real estate for GMH Capital Partners.

Since joining GMH, Mr. Tourtellotte has spearheaded sale efforts resulting in the closing of nearly $800 million in 75 transactions.

R. Eric Mattson Jr.R. Eric Mattson is Vice President of Investment Services for GMH Capital Partners, responsible for all phases of valuation and the sale process of investment grade real estate assets. With over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Mattson’s vast experience includes appraising all asset types on a regional and national basis, including office buildings, industrial parks, apartment complexes, retail facilities, regional malls, hotels, nursing homes and residential subdivisions. Since joining GMH in 2001, Mr. Mattson has handled the sale of over $648 million in real estate.

Brian A. Thompson | Account Representative
Brian A. Thompson is an Account Representative of the Investment Sales division for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Thompson is responsible for all phases of valuation and disposition of investment grade real estate assets. Prior to this position, Mr. Thompson was a Senior Analyst for GMH Communities Trust responsible for financial analysis and market research to evaluate potential acquisitions of student housing properties and of land parcels for development which resulted in the acquisition of more than $1.6 billion. Mr. Thompson joined GMH Capital Partners in 2001 as a Transaction Manager responsible for tracking and reporting commercial real estate activities across the country.

Mr. Quinn is responsible for the accounting and finance of the company’s owned and third party commercial and multi-family assets. In this role, he oversees a $550 million portfolio consisting of 20 assets throughout the United States. With over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Quinn joined GMH Capital Partners in 1997 as a Staff Accountant and quickly worked his way to his current position of Vice President of Accounting.

Mrs. Bumbry is responsible for the accounting and finance of the company’s owned and third party commercial and multi-family assets. With almost five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mrs. Bumbry joined GMH Capital Partners in 2001 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining GMH Capital Partners, Mrs. Bumbry was with the public accounting firm of Beard and Company as a Staff Accountant completing tax returns and performing audits of banking and manufacturing clients.

Holly JudsonHolly Judson is a Regional Property Manager of the Asset Management division for GMH Capital Partners. Ms. Judson is responsible for the management oversight of all third party commercial assets in Florida, totaling 1 million square feet of retail and office space. Ms. Judson has over 15 years experience managing commercial properties including retail, office and multifamily. Prior to joining GMH, Ms. Judson was a property manager for Inland, a publicly traded real estate investment trust.

Richard F. McMurtrie | Regional Property Manager
Richard F. McMurtrie is a Regional Property Manager for GMH Capital Partners’ Asset Services division responsible for the management oversight of all owned and third party multifamily assets in Pennsylvania which currently includes 975 multifamily units.   Mr. McMurtrie has over 30 years experience managing apartment properties and came to GMH from First Montgomery Group, a local, privately held real estate firm where he oversaw their assets as a Regional Property Manager.

Charlet S. Kelly | Area Manager
Charlet KellyCharlet S. Kelly is the Area Manager for the Asset Management division of GMH Capital Partners. In this capacity, Ms. Kelly is responsible for maximizing the value of over 1,000 multi family units in the San Francisco / West Coast Region. Prior to her position in GMH Capital Partners, Ms. Kelly was an Area Manager in GMH Military Housing responsible for the Navy Northeast family housing projects overseeing all areas of asset management for over 5,600 family housing units. Ms. Kelly has over 17 years experience in the managing of commercial, retail and multi-family assets.
